In this new economy, people work from home, utilising digital gadgets, using digital platforms (social media, web applications, online professional networks), and looking up on Google for answers, so the importance of Digital Presence is very significant for any B2B business.

Here are five important things to consider before revamping your digital strategy for B2B Business in 2022.

#1 – Clear ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

It is important to identify them and list their demographics (Age, Location, Gender, etc.) and
psychographics (their wants, needs, aspirations, etc.).

#2 – Product-market-fit

For any product/service, there would be a perfect customer who would love to have/use that
product/service. Identify that perfect match and sell the product/service only to that market.

#3 – Understand the customer journey

It is important for business owners to understand that the customers go through a journey before they start using the product/service. Before becoming a customer, he/she is first a ‘stranger’, then a ‘visitor’, then becomes a ‘lead’ and finally, he/she becomes a ‘Customer’. Understand that the customer journey takes time and never expect a big boom in sales in just a single advertisement.

Measure all the marketing KPIs every week/fortnight for continuous improvement because “You can’t improve what you don’t measure”.
